Login accounts have to be created in Supabase first, because the key needed to create them can't safely live inside a web page. In Supabase click Authentication, then Users, then Add user, and create each teacher with their email and a password. Then come back here and give each of them a name, a role and a school.
Use the same email you used in Supabase. If they already have a profile, this updates it.
One person per line, as email, Display Name. The role and school chosen above are applied to everyone in the list. Accounts that don't exist in Supabase yet are reported and skipped, so it is safe to run twice.

Type the pupil's full name. It is stored as first name plus as little of the surname as is needed to tell them apart, so "Tom Sharma" is saved as "Tom S", and a second Tom S becomes "Tom Sh".
Paste full names, one per line, straight from your register. Each is shortened the same way, and names already on the roll are skipped, so it is safe to paste the same list twice. The class and year group below are applied to everyone in the list.
